At NONNA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
